For the price, it seems to have some of the better specs available for a high performance/gaming laptop. The only one I found comparable was the MSI variant, but I ultimately chose the ASUS G750JW-DB71  Laptop for it being a more well known laptop brand.

The Alienware M14x R2 AM14XR2-6111BK build quality is excellent, the feel of the laptop when I use it is spectacular, it has a matte almost rubberish finish so it's not metal and doesn't get finger prints on it. We have had for a couple of months and it still runs like new. I would definitely recommend this computer to anyone!!
